The Triplett TMP15 Stem Thermometer has a 2.5" (63.5mm) food grade stainless steel probe with thin 0.08mm diameter tip for measuring the temperature of liquids and semi-solids. It has a 1 second sample rate, temperature range of -58 to 572°F (-50 to 300°C) with 0.1°F/°C resolution and a basic accuracy of ±1.8°F /1°C. A built-in LED alarm light turns red when temperature exceeds 212°F/100°C, and green when temperature is lower than 32°F/0°C. It features Min/Max and a Data Hold function that freezes the reading on the backlit display. Comes complete with an CR2032 battery and protective probe cover.
