We are very conservative about rating our weight capacity. We want to make sure you have no embarrassing or dangerous "surprises" in the middle of cooking.
- EVERYTHING YOU NEED IN ONE PACKAGE: We are frequently asked: "will I need anything else to buy with this?". "Only the meat" is our answer. All of the hardware you need to prepare and cook up to 85 lbs. of pig, lamb, goat, turkey or chicken is included.
- EXTRA-LONG 60 INCH SPIT ROD: And you will need every inch for most big roasts. Similar looking rotisseries are only 48 or 54 inches. And, our two-piece spit is bolted by a solid connector post, not screwed together like some competitors.
